Spencer Burd

Spencer Burd joined The LIHTC Group in February of 2012, initially as an analyst. In 2015, Spencer graduated to Investment Sales Broker and in just three short years has become the number one sales broker in the Midwest office. Spencer was promoted to Vice President in 2017 and continues to outperform his professional goals for the company.  In the first quarter of 2018, Spencer has already participated in $203MM in multifamily transactions and received the NAA (National Achievement Award), a prestigious award granted to brokers who reach an extraordinary sales threshold by the end of the year. Spencer’s success is due to his commitment to his clients and their success before his own.
