This asset is fully occupied with a history of same. All units are set-aside at 50% of AMI. Offering 1 and 2-bedroom units at an average rent of $743 and $863 per month, respectively.

Serenity Manor at Liberty

• Petersburg, VA

Serenity Manor at Liberty is a senior living facility with all tenants being 55+. The property’s Extended Use Agreement expires in 2040 and it currently sits in a Qualified Census Tract. This asset is fully occupied with a history of same. All units are set-aside at 50% of AMI and offering a nice mix between 1 and 2-bedroom units. Rents average between $735 and $823 per month, respectively.
